Sethy’s Workout Plan – A SIMPLE Plan for Mastering a Triathlon

What’s the Plan?
Monday: run + core workout
Tuesday: swim
Wednesday: run  – INTERVALS
4x800m/15s + 400m/2 + 1km(2.5laps) [aerobic + anaerobic –> POWER!]
or 2km(5laps)X2 30s rests [aerobic]
…+ weight training + core workout
Thursday: swim (If I can’t think of something better – 400m free, 100m kick, 100m pull, 200×3 free (20s rest between sets).
Friday: yoga + 400m-multiple sets (aerobic capacity) run + core workout
Saturday: bike or rest + some time with a roller!
Sunday: stretch while studying
Wash, Rinse, Repeat
